Chronic congestion and the resulting tension and frustration can affect their physical and mental health which will affect the immune system. Other symptoms may also be caused if coupled with the pressure due to factors other, "he said.

Congestion experienced by a person in a prolonged can have an impact on other health problems, which increase the risk of heart disease, respiratory infection, stress and depression and cancer risk from air pollution are inhaled by the body.
