4 Steps to Refreshing Memories

Every aspect of the environment provides stimulation to the brain, both in terms of positive or negative. What we see, hear, smell, taste, and other sensations that we experience every day to be "food" for the body and soul. Unfortunately, what we face every day, ranging from the situation of the office, schools, hospitals, highways, up to the train station, offers a "meal" that is junk food for the brain. Fortunately we do not need to do complicated things to refresh the brain. The trick is to create a positive environment and beautiful. Here is a simple way we can do.

1. Harmonization of sound and light
The sound can cause deleterious effects on the body and soul, but a harmonious voice a positive impact. Do everything possible to reduce noise pollution. Record the sounds that soothe and listened the ear a few minutes each day. Meanwhile, the light has a profound effect on the body and soul. Sunlight emrupakan the
healthiest light source because it contains a long wave length that affect hormone production, metabolism, and biological clock.
2. Closer to nature
In a 2008 study, neurologist John Jonides and his team perform tests measuring memory and concentration kemampun students, before and after the walk. The first group was asked to take a walk around the garden full of trees and flowers and the rest walking around town. The researchers found those who walk in the park testing their ability to rise 20 percent, while walking in the city center there is no change.

3. Breathe the fresh air
In addition to the harmonious sound and light, fresh air is another essential element needed for healthy body and soul. We probably can not change the quality of outdoor air directly, but we can do in the house. If your neighborhood is full of pollution or dust, you may need the air filter system.

4. Have a harmonious relationship
People who have a harmonious relationship with their partner is generally more healthy, either physically or psychologically, than people who are still single or left their partners. In addition they are a good social life to suffer from Alzheimer's risk is lower. Share this post :
